Detailed Operating Plan for Columbia River Treaty Storage (2010 – )

The detailed operating plans provide data, criteria, and procedures for the formation and use of Operating rule curves for each of the Canadian storage reservoirs, Duncan, Arrow, and Kinbasket Lake (Mica), and for the whole of Canadian storage as well as Lake Koocanusa (Libby).
